수집일로부터 최대 6개월. 월 1회 점검하며 다음 점검 전에 만료될 메일까지 미리 삭제합니다. 동의 철회·삭제 요청 시 관련 메일과 관리 가능한 사본을 조기에 삭제합니다. 관련 법령에 따른 보존 의무가 있는 경우는 제외합니다.

후속 연락을 위한 수집·이용 동의와 국외 이전 동의는 별개이며 모두 기본 해제 상태입니다. 동의하지 않아도 DeoOwn과 익명 설문을 이용할 수 있고 후속 연락을 받지 않게 됩니다. 이메일은 광고·마케팅에 사용하지 않습니다. 동의 버전과 각각의 동의 시점을 설문 메일에 기록합니다. 동의하지 않으면 연락 이메일을 요청에 포함하지 않습니다.
대화·성경 추천·묵상·기도문·사용자 IP는 설문 데이터에 자동 첨부하지 않습니다. 자유 입력란에는 개인정보나 대화 원문을 적지 말아 주세요. 호스팅·방화벽의 접속 메타데이터 처리는 이 설문 첨부 여부와 별개입니다. 개인정보 문의 메일은 Cloudflare Email Routing을 통해 운영자의 지정 메일함으로 전달됩니다. 이는 설문 수신 경로와 다릅니다.

We collect an email address only if you choose follow-up contact, to request further feedback on the DeoOwn MVP experience or contact you for an optional interview. Survey answers, language, request ID and consent records are also emailed. No new personal-data database or library is added.
Up to six months from collection. Monthly reviews also delete messages due to expire before the next review. On withdrawal or deletion request, relevant messages and copies under the operator's control are deleted earlier, except where law requires retention.

Transferred items: email address, survey answers, language, request ID, consent flags, version and times. With both consents, submission sends them over HTTPS to the United States. Vercel Inc. (privacy@vercel.com): hosts the survey API in the US (IAD1), processes the request and forwards it to Resend. The app uses email and survey content in memory during processing; it does not persist them in a database or app logs. Provider technical/operational information is retained as needed for service, security, legal and other stated purposes. When no longer needed, it is deleted or anonymized; backups that cannot be deleted are secured, under Vercel's policy: https://vercel.com/legal/privacy-notice Plus Five Five, Inc. (Resend, privacy@resend.com): sends and stores survey emails in the US. Email/log retention is 30 days on standard Free/Pro/Scale plans; backups last 7 days. For earlier deletion, the operator requests provider assistance: https://resend.com/security/gdpr Emails are received in Domainclub's mailbox and the operator's personal POP3 client. The operator confirmed storage in Korea, immediate deletion of backups when mail is deleted, and deletion requests by email. Operator retention is stated above. You may decline the transfer by leaving consent unchecked. Uncheck follow-up contact consent to submit without an email, with no loss of service or survey access. After submission, withdraw consent or request deletion at privacy@deoown.com.
Follow-up contact consent and international transfer consent are separate and unchecked by default. Declining does not affect DeoOwn or anonymous survey participation; you simply will not receive follow-up contact. Email addresses are not used for advertising or marketing. Consent version and separate client consent times are recorded in the survey email. Without consent, the contact address is excluded from the request.
Conversation transcripts, Scripture recommendations, meditations, prayers and IP addresses are not automatically attached to survey data. Please exclude personal details and conversation transcripts from comments. Hosting/firewall connection metadata is processed separately. Privacy inquiry emails are forwarded through Cloudflare Email Routing to the operator’s designated mailbox, separately from survey delivery.
